In the event that you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your mouth tape for sleeping, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
  • A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, must be provided.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 90 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 90 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@zenstyle.com.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support at support@zenstyle.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and process a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
